Of course, you can put your bicycle in the garage and yes, we offer reserved parking for one
vehicle during your stay. Because parking in Old Town can fill up quickly, this is a major perk

Absolutely. All of the renowned Shaw Festival Theatres are within a comfortable, easy walking
distance, making our location the perfect base for your theatre getaway.
Is Wi-Fi and entertainment provided?
Yes, high-speed, complimentary Wi-Fi is included. For entertainment, you’ll find a smart TV
equipped with Netflix.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in typically begins at 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, if you’re arriving early, you are welcome to
park your car and have a walk about, check-out is by 11:00 AM. If after hours, you can call us at

What is the smoking policy?
The house is strictly non-smoking. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh
and comfortable for all future guests.

Beyond the Shaw Festival Theatres, you are steps away from world-class golf, boutique
shopping, and the beautiful shores of Lake Ontario. We are also a short drive from the region’s
famous vineyards and wineries. We would happily help you curate your stay.

Is Breakfast included?
We offer a gourmet three course breakfast along with a fine selection of coffee and teas and can
cater to food allergies as well as offering vegetarian and vegan options.
Are there common areas for relaxing?
Absolutely, we have beautiful outdoor sitting areas with comfy chairs near the shore. All rooms
have a private balcony overlooking Lake Ontario. There is wine and cocktail hour starting at 4:00
to interact with the other guest if desired.
Are children and pets allowed?
Children over the age of 12 are welcome to stay and sorry, we have a strict no pet policy for the
sake of future guest with allergies.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit is taken at time of the reservation. Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival date
are entitled to a refund minus $50.00 CAD administration fee. Deposits for cancellations within
30 days of arrival date are non-refundable. Full room rate will be charged for any cancellations
within 7 days of arrival, or no show.
